AI Automation Agency for European Businesses

Automate repetitive, high-volume work with reliable AI. Document intake, ticket triage, finance, HR, legal and IT operations, rolled out in shadow mode first and fully audited.

What it is

What an AI automation agency does

A lot of business work is high-volume, rule-heavy and repetitive: sorting documents, triaging tickets, moving data between systems. AI automation takes that load off people without removing their judgement.

We target the tasks where automation pays off, roll them out in shadow mode so you can trust the output before it acts, and keep an audit trail of every decision.

  • Targeted at high-volume, repetitive work, not everything at once.
  • Shadow-mode rollout so you trust it before it acts.
  • An audit trail of every automated decision.
01

How we measure automation ROI

Every automation starts with a baseline. Before we build, we measure how long a task takes today, how many cases come in per month and how often errors or rework happen. After launch we track the same numbers, so the result is visible rather than assumed.

  • Time per task: minutes of manual work per case, before and after.
  • Straight-through rate: the share of cases the automation completes without a person.
  • Exception rate: how often cases go to a human, and why.
  • Error rate: mistakes found in review or later in the process.

If the numbers do not justify the next step, we stop or change course. That keeps the automation programme focused on processes that actually pay back.

02

Human approval where it matters

Business process automation with AI does not mean removing people from every decision. We decide with you which steps run automatically and which need approval, based on the risk and value of each case.

Every action is logged with its input, output and the model version that produced it. Low-confidence cases go to a person automatically. New automations start in shadow mode, where the AI proposes and a human decides, until the results are good enough to switch on.

AI automation for UK and DACH companies

We work with companies in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our teams work in English and German, in CET, which overlaps almost fully with UK and DACH business hours.

For UK clients we design for UK GDPR, and for EU clients for GDPR and the EU AI Act, including the transparency duties that apply to customer-facing AI since August 2026. Data can stay in EU or UK hosting regions where required.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • What does an AI automation agency do?

It finds repetitive tasks that need judgement, such as reading documents or answering requests, and builds AI systems that handle them with human approval where needed.

  • How is AI automation different from RPA?

RPA follows fixed rules on structured screens. AI automation can read emails, PDFs and free text and decide what to do, so it handles cases RPA cannot.

  • Which processes are best to automate first?

High-volume tasks with clear inputs and a measurable result, for example invoice processing, claims intake or first-line support.

  • Do you work with UK companies?

Yes. We work with clients in the UK and across Europe, in English and German.
