Microsoft Copilot Training for Business Teams

Help your teams get real value from Microsoft 365 Copilot with hands-on training built around their daily work.

What it is

Why Copilot licences go unused

Many companies buy Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and see usage drop after a few weeks. The reason is rarely the tool. People do not know which tasks it is good at, how to write a useful prompt or what they are allowed to put into it. Our Copilot training fixes that with practical sessions built around the work your teams actually do.

01

Training by role

  • Management: meeting summaries, report drafts, decision memos.
  • Sales: account research, proposal drafts, follow-up emails.
  • Finance: Excel analysis, variance comments, month-end summaries.
  • HR: job descriptions, onboarding materials, policy questions.
  • Operations and IT: documentation, process descriptions, ticket summaries.

Each group works with its own examples, so the skills transfer to Monday morning.

02

What the training covers

  • How Copilot works inside Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Writing prompts that give usable results the first time.
  • Checking outputs: where Copilot makes mistakes and how to spot them.
  • Data protection: what Copilot can see in your tenant and what should stay out.
  • A shared prompt library your teams keep using after the session.
03

Formats

  • Kick-off session for all users: 90 minutes, remote.
  • Role-based workshops: half a day per department, on site or remote.
  • Champions programme: we train internal Copilot champions who support colleagues.
  • Office hours: weekly drop-in sessions for the first month after rollout.

Copilot training and the EU AI Act

Since February 2025, companies that use AI tools must ensure sufficient AI literacy among staff under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Our Copilot training includes the required basics and a record of attendance, so it counts towards your AI literacy documentation.
